This can be easily identified by its name. It is used as Protection for cables and for cable bunching in many electrical and automobile industries.
Material Used for Best Performance:
- Polyamide 6.6 (Nylon 66) for high temperature from – 50°c to 160°c for best performance in all type of industries.
- Polyester (PET) for medium Temperature from -20°c to 110°c suitable for average uses.
- Material manufactured from Yarn Diameter 0.22 MM, 0.25 MM & 0.28 MM or can be customized as per requirement.
- Colour mostly used is Black / Grey.
Characteristics:
- It is expandable and can be expanded up to Double of its Normal size.
- Cables with different attachments on its head can easily be inserted due to its Expandable Property. It gains its original size to protect the cable.
- Sleeve/Tube made of Polyamide 6.6 (Nylon 66) is Highly Flexible, Halogen free, Self Extinguishing according to UL-94, Inflammable, Resistance against Mineral Oil, Greases, Transformer Oil, Benzene Solvent, etc.
Application :
"UPSEEVE" is used for Cable Bunching, Harnessing & Bundling. It also protects wires and cables from wear and tear caused due to mechanical abrasions. This is in expandable form.
