"UPSEAL"

About it :

It is winded on overhang coils for its protection from outer moisture and damages. Its Shrinkage property prevents the inner insulation material from draining out and also compacts overhang part at the time of VPI.

Material Used for Best Performance:

  • High tenacity polyester yarn.
  • 'E' Class Glass Fiber.
  • High quality Shrinkable PET Film.
  • Resin "UNIRES" for excellent performance and suitable with all type of VPI resins/varnish.

Characteristics:

  • Available in 0.09 MM thickness of different width sizes.
  • Weighs approx 80 g/m2, Tensile > 60 N/10MM, Elongation > 20%, Shrinkage for 2 hrs. At 70°c : < 1%, 120°c : > 8%, 150°c : > 14% .
  • Shelf Life 24 Months at 20°c & 50% RH from the date of manufacturing.
  • Maximum Temperature permissible up to 170°c for short time at the time of curing.

Application :

"UPSEAL" is used for covering the final layer of the overhang coils for its protection against damages and moisture, binding of resins/varnish and Protection of coils at the time of VPI against ambient stress.
