About it :

Spiral Tube consists of spirally wound Aramide Nonwoven Tape with multiple layers of Polyimide Silicone Adhesive Tape.

Material Used for Best Performance:

  • Accelerated Treated Nonwoven felt for inner layer made by Aramide fiber.
  • Polyimide Adhesive tape multi layers tape for outer covering and support.

Characteristics:

  • Available in different sizes as per requirement by industries from 04 MM to 10 MM or customizes.
  • Average Break Down Voltage is > 7 KV.
  • Shelf Life 12 Months at 20°c & 65% RH from the date of manufacturing.

Application :

"UPSPIRAL" is used for giving additional covering at sharp bends in coils of rotating machines. The Nonwoven Tape absorbs the resin and forms a homogenous covering to the coils.
